Chapter 27: “Pieces of Eight”

Jim frees himself and finds the ship aground in the inlet. He goes ashore, and in the dark he reaches the log-house, thinking that it still belongs to his friends. He walks in, but it is Silver's men who are there, and a screeching parrot gives him away.
